Now that the Liam McCarthy cup has returned to its rightful home, it is busy visiting all the schools in Tipperary. On Thursday, 22nd September 2016, it will visit our school, Drom NS, along with Seamus Callanan, Liam Ryan and our own former student – the mighty Stephen Nolan who represented his parish on the Tipperary Minor team. Representatives from club and county will also be present. We welcome all to this event at 11.30am in the 5th and 6th Class classroom. Visitors should use the parents / visitors entrance please. There will be some light refreshments available for parents, guardians and adult visitors afterwards. We look forward to seeing you there. Don’t forget to wear the blue and gold of the premier county. Up Tipperary and welcome home to the Liam McCarthy Cup!
